Welcome- I´m so glad you’re here. My name is Elizabeth, I am a musician and the founder of Soul Frequency Studio, based in Chicago, Illinois.

This space was created from my own healing journey that started in 2020. I discovered the transformative power of Breathwork and Sound Meditation at a time when I was overwhelmed by stress, anxiety and burnout, and I was living my life in a way that did not support my well-being physically, emotionally and mentally. These practices helped me reconnect with myself, release unhealthy patterns, heal past emotional wounds and find inner peace and joy.

What began as a personal practice quickly became a deep passion to guide others. I received certifications through trauma-informed training led by renowned instructors, blending ancient traditions with modern holistic practices to create a deeply supportive and transformative approach that helps others find the freedom that I did.

I specialize in Voice Alchemy- a beautiful fusion of vocal toning and singing with the crystal singing bowls, designed to open the heart and elevate your energetic state. The voice is the most powerful instrument, after all.

At Soul Frequency Studio every session is a sacred experience- an invitation to return to your center, awaken your inner peace, and align with your the best version of yourself.
