Welcome- I´m so glad you’re here. My name is Elizabeth, I am a musician, recording artist and the founder of Soul Frequency Studio, based in Chicago, Illinois.

This space was created from my own healing journey that started in 2020. I discovered the transformative power of Breathwork, Sound Meditation and Hypnotherapy at a time when I was overwhelmed by stress, anxiety and burnout. These practices helped me reconnect with myself, and find inner peace and joy.

What began as a personal practice quickly became a deep passion to guide others. Every session is a profound experience, an invitation to return to your center, awaken your inner peace, and align with your soul’s harmonious frequency.
