Welcome- I´m so glad you’re here. My name is Elizabeth, I am a musician and the founder of Soul Frequency Studio, based in Chicago, Illinois.

This space was created from my own healing journey. I discovered the transformative power of Breathwork and Sound Meditation at a time when I was overwhelmed by stress, anxiety and burnout. These practices helped me reconnect with myself, release emotional tension and find clarity and calm from within.

What began as a personal practice quickly became a deep passion to guide others. I received full certifications in Breathwork, Sound Healing and Reiki level 1 & 2 through immersive trauma-informed training led by renowned instructors, blending ancient traditions with modern holistic practices to create a deeply supportive and transformative approach.

I also specialize in Voice Alchemy- a beautiful fusion of vocal toning and singing with the crystal singing bowls, designed to open the heart and elevate your energetic state.

At Soul Frequency Studio every session is a sacred experience- an invitation to return to your center, awaken your inner peace, and align with your highest self.
