Sound Meditation, also referred to as Sound Healing or a Sound Bath, is an immersive therapeutic practice that uses sound frequencies and vibrations to promote physical, emotional and mental well-being.
Instruments like singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, the voice etc. are used to calm the nervous system, melt away stress and promote deep inner harmony.
Each session is a unique sensory journey designed to realign energy, release tension, and awaken the body’s innate healing potential.

Some may enter a meditative or dream-like state, while others simply enjoy a moment of stillness from their busy day.

Bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie down or sit on, a blanket for warmth, and a small pillow or eye mask for added comfort.
Wear cozy clothing, consider bringing a journal for afterthoughts, and water to stay hydrated.
Typically mats, blankets and boosters will be provided at the venue unless indicated otherwise.
